• Name and Delivery Address: Your full name, house/flat number, street, area, city, state, and pincode. Used solely to deliver your order.
• Phone Number: To send order confirmation and dispatch notifications via WhatsApp.
• Email Address: To send your order confirmation. Providing an email is optional.
• Payment Data: All payments are processed by Razorpay on their PCI-DSS certified infrastructure. We never see, store, or process your card number, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials.
• Usage Data: Anonymous data collected via Google Analytics 4: pages visited, products viewed, and purchases completed. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only for the following purposes:

• Processing and delivering your order to the address you provide.
• Sending order confirmation and dispatch tracking via WhatsApp or email.
• Responding to your customer support queries, complaints, or replacement requests.
• Improving our website and product range using anonymised analytics data.

Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services that may process your data as part of operating our store:

• Razorpay: Processes all online payments. Your payment data is handled under Razorpay's Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS certification. Razorpay is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
• Supabase: Our database and order management infrastructure. Your order details (name, address, phone) are stored securely in Supabase's cloud servers.
• Google Analytics 4: Anonymous traffic and shopping funnel analytics. IP addresses are anonymised before processing. No personal data is shared with Google.
• WhatsApp (Meta): Used for order communication. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta's terms and privacy policy apply to messages sent through their platform.

Cookies and Local Storage

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

• Order data (name, address, phone, order details): retained for 3 years for accounting and tax compliance under Indian law.
• Email addresses provided for newsletters: retained until you request removal.

• Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for 14 months per GA4 default settings.

Your Rights
