Agreement to Terms
By browsing, adding items to cart, or placing an order through softwaretokitchen.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for the following reasons:
- Item is out of stock or unavailable
- A pricing error occurred on the website
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete or undeliverable address
Product Descriptions and Variations
Our products are handmade in small batches using traditional family recipes. As a result:
- Natural Variations: Minor differences in colour, texture, oil density, and spice intensity between batches are normal and do not constitute a defect.
- Allergen Notice: Our products are made in a shared home kitchen that handles mustard seeds, peanuts, sesame seeds, fenugreek, tree nuts, and coconut. Cross-contamination is possible. Please contact us before ordering if you have food allergies.
- Images: Product images are representative. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to photography conditions and natural batch variation.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price charged.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Manual UPI transfers must be confirmed with a payment screenshot sent to us via WhatsApp before dispatch.
Shipping and Cancellations
We ship pan-India. Delivery timelines, charges, and our return/replacement policy are detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Cancellations may be requested within 2 hours of placing an order. Once preparation has begun or the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for post-delivery replacement terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on softwaretokitchen.com, including the Software to Kitchen brand name, logo, product names, text, and website design, is the intellectual property of Software to Kitchen and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law. Some product and category images are used for illustrative purposes only; rights to any third-party images remain with their respective owners.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission from Software to Kitchen.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Software to Kitchen's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website, products, or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at softwaretokitchen@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 86889 30063. We will make every effort to resolve the matter within 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, under the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and the Information Technology Act 2000 and its amendments. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
