💡 Dispatch Updates: Once your order is dispatched, we'll message you on WhatsApp. If it ships via a courier partner, we'll include the tracking link as soon as it's available. Local Hyderabad deliveries are handled directly and often don't have a formal tracking link, so we'll keep you updated on WhatsApp instead.
Return & Replacement Policy
We take deep pride in our culinary crafts. Since our products are perishable food items, standard retail return models do not apply. However, your complete trust matters most to us.
⚠️ Fresh Food Guarantee: If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, or if you receive the wrong item, we'll arrange a 100% Free Replacement or a full refund, whichever works best for you. No questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days (2–3 days for UPI) back to your original payment method.
How to raise an issue:
- Take a quick clear photo or video of the received jar/package.
- Reach out directly to our support team over WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery.
- We'll review and confirm your replacement or refund within 3 days of your report; refund transfers then follow the timeline above.

Want to change your mind? Order cancellations or modification requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order, as we begin preparation quickly to keep your food fresh.
